High shine

 

This image I took in the setting White Balance. I took this image in Flash , to take this image I had to take an image of a subject but while using the built in flash. I decided to capture this image with the flash as I wanted a lot of light to capture the gloss and richness of the food. This setting allowed me to really focus on the detail on the food and and not washing it out by the flash.
